Touched By Fire

"Touched By Fire" is the story of the events in Kansas in 1854-1861 leading to the onset of the Civil War. This 80 minute documentary includes historic photographs, interviews with historians and dramatic reenactments. The central figure in this story is the abolitionist John Brown. The images here present the reenactment of parts of the life of John Brown including the early battles, his capture after the attack on Harpers Ferry, and his hanging. The film was produced by Lone Chimney Productions of Wichita, KS.
